University at Buffalo School of Law graduates saw a significant increase in the passage rate for first-time New York State bar exam takers, jumping from 72.5% in 2019 to 83.9%. While the overall first-time passage rate for graduates of any of the 15 law schools in New York State increased by 2.1%, UB School of Law saw an increase of 11.4%.

First day of fall classes, In accordance with New York State Public Health Law , UB requires that all students (undergraduate, graduate and professional) born on or after Jan. 1, 1957, provide proof of immunity against measles, mumps and rubella.
In accordance with New York State Public Health Law , UB requires that all students submit a student health background form. Mail all health forms to: Health Services, Michael Hall University at Buffalo Buffalo, NY 14214-3007 or fax to 716-829-2564. UB students will not be allowed to register for classes until they have fulfilled these requirements.
